Can I transfer my current website into Water’s professional website system?

If you like your current website design but want to use Water’s click-and-publish system, you can transfer that design over through our do it yourself tools. We can also do it for you through HTML Xpress. However, there is no automated transfer process for your website content. You will need to copy and paste from your current site to move your existing content over.

What will my website design look like?

It’s up to you. After you sign up for Water, you can select one of our design options in order to give your site a look and feel. Water is extremely versatile offering everything from world-class custom made design to the ability to do it yourself.

What about support?

Water is backed by a professional company with a solid reputation and history. Our business and our products are built to last. We are committed to providing ongoing support for our products through continual upgrades to the software and hosting infrastructure. We also provide extensive and understandable knowledge base and help articles as well as quick response email support for technical issues.
